Building Blocks for Business supports employer groups with a menu of value-added services, which include enrollment and technology solutions, personal 1-1 enrollment sessions, benefits education, and additional benefits available to employees. These services all come at no direct cost to the employer.

We have a menu of services available to groups of five to 5,000 employees – whether or not you offer a core benefit package to employees. All of Building Blocks’ services are available at no cost, plus your employees get access to supplemental benefits that are not available to them outside of the workplace. All of these benefits come with even greater news – you can continue to work with your personal broker partner, if you choose!

During the setup process, our team provides you, and your broker partner (if applicable), election forms and deduction amounts in either PDF or Excel format for ease of use for all benefits offered to employees. See our menu of services to find details based on your group size.
